Aliseda and Metrovacesa expand their strategic alliance with 14 new land plots for the development of 662 homes

Aliseda and Metrovacesa have decided to reinforce our land marketing partnership with the addition of a highly strategic second asset perimeter.

This new portfolio includes 14 land plots located in Andalusia, the Canary Islands, and Madrid, totaling nearly 88,000 buildable square meters and a capacity for developing 662 new homes. Without a doubt, this represents a major step forward that significantly enhances the residential offer of our agreement.

This transaction fully aligns with our strategy to consolidate our position as the undisputed benchmark in generating off-market real estate opportunities across key segments, such as land, residential, and commercial real estate.

The data supports the great work we are doing: over the past ten months, we have secured more than €2.7 billion in exclusive real estate assets, and in the residential sector, we already market over 2,000 new-build homes for 170 developers through Excent.

The inclusion of this new perimeter demonstrates our distinct capability to help clients identify assets with genuine growth potential and connect them with the right demand. At Aliseda, we view land—both fully permitted sites and land under development management—as one of the market's greatest opportunities, and we work to define the most effective commercial strategy by linking each asset with developers, investors, and specialized operators.

This new milestone is yet another demonstration of our strength in structuring portfolios, maximizing the value of strategic assets, and continuing to drive real estate development in Spain.
